Email with Subject “Were You Missed?”

You received an email with the subject "… Were You Missed?" and are wondering what it means?

First, the good news:

You were not added to any mailing list.

Why am I receiving this email?

Some users registered on Heartwalker years ago and haven't logged in since, which leads to “inactive accounts” on our platform.

To tidy things up, we send this email to users whose profile was viewed even though they haven't logged in for several months — meaning they may have forgotten about their profile.

This email is comparable to notifications sent when you receive a new message. It does not constitute a legal violation, as it directly relates to your account and contains no advertising.

It is also not spam, because you must have a self-registered account that has simply not been used for a long time to receive it.
The “Were You Missed?” email is sent in your interest, especially if you have forgotten your profile.

What are your options?

Possible actions you can take:

(1) Log in (if needed, you can click “Forgot password?”) and simply have another look around.

(2) Log in and delete your profile yourself, see here.

(3) Reply to the email and request deletion of your account.

(4) Reply to the email with any questions you may have.

In any case, you were not added to a mailing list.

You are welcome to continue using Heartwalker or contact us. We will reply as soon as possible.

Wishing you a heartfelt experience on our platform
