We meet each other at eye level. Demeaning, mocking, or insulting language has no place here.
Please keep in mind: Written communication does not convey facial expression or tone of voice. When in doubt, read twice and respond with empathy.
Heartwalker is a space for conscious people — we therefore expect a mindful and benevolent style of communication.
Profile content aimed at provocation, manipulation, or boundary violations (e.g. sexual innuendo without context, pushing personal worldviews) will be removed.
💗️ Appreciative interaction
Heartwalker is a space for real encounters — even when they take place outside familiar patterns of thought.
Please be aware that you may meet people here whose worldview, lifestyle, or spiritual orientation differs from the social mainstream. This diversity is part of our self-image — meet it with openness.
Respond to messages — even in case of disinterest: A short note such as “Thank you, I am unfortunately not interested” is more respectful than silence. Nobody should feel ignored. On Heartwalker, mutual respect matters more than quick matches.
Greet with your real name: You do not have to use your real name in your profile — but in communication with other members, we recommend briefly introducing yourself and stating your first name. This creates trust and real closeness.
Don’t wait — be proactive: Every platform lives from honest initiative. If a profile appeals to you, do not hesitate to take the first step. Even the most beautiful connection remains a missed opportunity if nobody dares to say “hello”.
🚨 Reporting process: how to notify us of violations
Every profile and every message can easily be reported by you. Use the “
Report user” button within the respective user profile you wish to report.
You can also contact us directly at any time by email at
mail@heartwalker.co.uk or use our
anonymous reporting system. Please note that we cannot respond to anonymous reports. We handle all reports promptly, confidentially, and with due care.
️⚖️ Fair but decisive moderation
Our moderation team actively reviews profiles (not private messages!) and follows up individually on every user report. We give the identified or reported member the opportunity to comment — unless the violation is clear. Moderation is not based on personal opinions, but on the guidelines presented here and on our values.
In cases of minor violations, a warning is issued. In cases of repeated or serious misconduct, the profile may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
Fake profiles, bots, or profiles with obvious fraudulent intent will be deleted without warning. Bots and spam accounts are also blocked by a spam firewall.
🕊️ Protection of vulnerable groups
Heartwalker is not permitted for children or adolescents under the age of 18. Content that could endanger minors is consistently removed. Please also read our
standard on the protection of children from sexual exploitation.
We pay special attention to a respectful environment for people who are in sensitive life situations — e.g. grief, separation, or spiritual transition phases.

Please respect it if someone wishes to end contact or signals no further interest. “No” means “no” — also in chat.
Remember: Heartwalker is not a playground, but a space for real encounters. We hope that you use it with the same seriousness with which you pursue new connections in real life.
